Expecting Mafia: The Old Country DLC release

Mafia: The Old Country / Mafia: Homeland will receive free digital downloadable content (DLC) in the form of the Free Ride mode. This addition was announced shortly after the release of the game itself in August 2025 as a thank you for the sales success after the first week of sales.

Although the title Homeland includes an Exploration mode, Free Ride should include much more than just an empty map with collectibles. According to the findings of the YouTube channel SliderV2, we should expect at least racing modes, other content is unknown at the moment. Is it possible that we will complete similar tasks as in the remake of the first part or will we be able to build some kind of business of our own?

The release of this DLC does not yet have an exact date. However, at the time of the announcement (August 14, 2025), the creators wrote that the Free Ride mode would arrive in the coming months. It is therefore possible that we will see it during the winter period.
