Teach Stan a Lesson

The third task from Lucas Bertone that we can complete in the Omerta mission after returning from the airport. This task involves Tommy finding Big Stan who is standing outside the Black Cat bar in Little Italy. They have to give him a hi from Carl and give him a good beating. The reward for this subquest is a vehicle Thor 810 Sedan FWD.
