The guy we have to in the quest from Lucas Bertone to deliver a package containing apparently some drugs under the Eastern lift bridge East Marshall Bridge. He is arrogant, conceited and sarcastic in his own way. After a bunch of enemy gangsters rush into the scene, he shows off what a tough shooter he is. If he dies, the subquest will fail. As soon as he survives, he walks away from the handover point and goes to the door of a nearby house, where he probably lives.
