Idiot Joe

Joe is a bum who stands under a bridge in the Omerta chapter Giuliano Bridge. Little Tony refers us to him, saying that just Joe might know where the feds are holding Frank Colletti. Joe he acts like a total idiot, that's why he got that label. The main protagonist Thomas Angelo tries in vain to get information from him. It's only after he gets a load that Joe starts talking.
