One of the informants who collaborates with the Salieri family. A plump, easy-going guy whose only concern is finding out gossip.

He is always standing in the square in Chinatown. Salieri's people are often "lucky to ask him". Tommy and Paulie will help in the chapters Better Get Used To It and Omerta. In the first case, he will provide information about hooligans who make trouble in the neighborhoods and attack decent people. In the second, he refers us to Little Tony, who might know more about where the cops are holding the consigliere of the Salieri family.
