Yellow Pete

A friendly arms dealer who runs an illegal basement shop with weapons and ammunition under the former Twister in the Hoboken neighborhood. He is typically known for having an amputated left arm. The exact reason for its absence is unknown, but it is probably related to his work with weapons or perhaps he participated in some military conflict in which he lost his arm.

The main protagonist Thomas Angelo first meets him in the chapter Moonlighting, in which Paulie is sent to buy weapons from Yellow Pete's shop. We then meet him again in the chapter The Death of Art.
